Panel Feeding Mechanism
Perfect and smooth feeding performance. Floating Tables
Powerful blowers supply air into the holes, forcing steel balls to protrude above the table surface thereby creating a floating effect. The table surfaces are covered with bakelite to prevent scratching of panels during feeding.
Scoring Sawblade Adjustment
User-friendly design for scoring adjustment.
Suspended Grippers
The air grippers are fitted with rubber to prevent workpiece damage.
Double Beam Clamping
Two pressure beams are designed to hold the panel separately thereby ensuring correct panel positioning.
Piano-Key Dust Guard
This sectional dust guard not only acts as a surrounding sawblade guard, but also fully prevents sawdust from blowing out of the machine.
Panel Fence Press
It is for narrow cutting.The fence presses the panel against the fence for accurate cutting.
Feed Drive Servomotor
The servomotor provides superior and accurate positioning. The gear reducer, with backlash adjustment and a 'V' slideways rack, ensures precise transmission. Both features are Swiss-manufactured.
Variable Saw Carriage Feed Speed
Variable speed is controlled by inverter. Speeds from 9 to 37 M/min. Advance Saw Carriage
The saw carriage feed is driven by rugged wire, fitted with a cylinder to prevent operational vibration. Easy adjustment of score blade guarantees chip-free cutting.
