Features:
The OAV edge handing series are good performers for all types of edging materials like solid wood, coil and flxed length materials, melamine, PVC and veneered edges.

Edge Banding Series from OAV
These machines are one-piece constructed and inner functions/components may be interchanged depending on customer requirements. The heavy-duty roller chain supports workpiece feeding and the design is similar to European machines thereby ensuring a long service life. The upper, wide v-belt system also ensures increased workpiece operational stability. This system is motor-controlled for easier upward/down-ward motion adjustment.

Gluing system
Glue pot has an interchangeable hoop for fast glue change. Photosensor monitiors if edgebanding is in position, or not. If incor-rect, the machine will stop automatically.		 Edge pressure roller unit
The pressure zone has one large, driven pressure and three large idler pneumatically-controlled rollers. Also featured is manual thickness adjustment and a digital indicator display.
Double End Trimming Unit (ET02)
Pneumatically-controlled, automatic setting (0o~25o) chamfer with two 0.6 kw motors. There is a linear slide guide and a retracting blade for faster workpiece processing. Saves approximately two seconds percycle.		 Rough Trimming Unit (RT01)
Fine adjustments with two 0.6 kw. motors to ensure the best stability in heavy-duty cutting operations.
Fine Trimming Unit (RT02)
Quick and easy adjustment design, with two 0.6 kw. motors for added accuracy.		 Upper and Lower Scraping Unit (PS02)
Flexible and easy adjustment design with two 2mm. radius carbide blades for increased operational stability.
Buffing Unit (BC01)
Two 0.5 HP motors-upper and lower.
Two upper knobs for easy adjustment.		 Corner Rounding Unit (optional)
This unit features four 0.6 kw., independ-ently adjustable motors. Its user-friendly design makes changing parameters between different jobs quick and easy.
 
Grooving Unit (optional)
Pneumatically-controlled tracing guide to ensure workpiece and roller parallelism.
